Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your
order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, bras, lingerie and swimwear cannot be
returned or exchanged. These items can only be returned if they arrive faulty,
damaged, or incorrect.

Products personalized or custom-made to your specification, sale items and
gift cards are also non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@formflowfashion.com with your
order number and the reason for your return. If approved, we will provide
detailed return instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items returned without
prior authorization will not be accepted.

All return requests must go through us at info@formflowfashion.com . Returns
arranged with, or sent to, any other party or address are not valid and will
not be accepted, refunded, or credited.

How do I receive my refund?

All approved returns are refunded as store credit only. A refund to your
original payment method is issued exclusively when the item arrived damaged,
defective, or incorrect.

If you return an item because it does not fit or because you changed your
mind, the value of the item is refunded as store credit. Your store credit is
sent to you by email as a gift card code within 10 business days of the
returned item being received and inspected. It never expires and can be used
on any item in our shop. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, you receive a
full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement, whichever you
prefer. In these cases we also cover the return shipping costs.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Standard delivery
takes 10 to 15 business days from the date of order.

A number of our pieces are made to order in small quantities and require
additional production time. For these items, delivery can take up to 20
business days from the date of order.

Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA, with no
minimum purchase required. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at
checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Form Flow Fashion ships within the USA only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number, which you can use to follow your delivery in real time.
