RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Form Flow Fashion accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Please read this policy in full before placing your order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
All return requests must be submitted by email to info@formflowfashion.com within 30 days of delivery. Your request must include your order number and the reason for your return, and must specify which item or items you wish to return. Requests that do not include this information cannot be processed.

Returns are only valid once approved by us in writing. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and full return instructions by email.

Items sent back without an approved return request, or shipped to any address other than the one provided in your return approval, cannot be accepted, refunded or credited, and cannot be returned to you.

RETURN ADDRESSES
Our collection is produced by several manufacturers located across Europe and Asia. Returned items must be sent to the facility that produced them, which means we are unable to publish a single return address. The correct address will always be provided in your return approval email.

If your order contains items from more than one manufacturer, those items may need to be sent to different addresses. In that case, each item must be packed and shipped separately according to the instructions provided. Items returned together to a single address when separate returns were requested cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Because return destinations vary by item and by country, we are not able to estimate or quote return shipping costs in advance. We recommend obtaining a quote from your preferred carrier before shipping. In some cases a prepaid return label can be provided; where this applies, it will be confirmed in your return approval email.

Returns must be sent with a tracked service. Items lost or damaged in transit remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at the specified address. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Return shipments must be declared as returned goods. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees incurred on a return are the responsibility of the customer, and any such charges will be deducted from the store credit issued.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

REFUND METHOD
Approved returns for reasons of fit, sizing or change of mind are refunded as store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used across our full collection. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Store credit is issued within 10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected at the specified address.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect are refunded in full to the original payment method, including original shipping charges. Please email info@formflowfashion.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. These items do not need to be returned.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For reasons of hygiene, underwear, briefs, bras, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned, exchanged or credited unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To order a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order using your store credit.

This policy applies to all orders placed on formflowfashion.com and is available at checkout and in the footer of every page.
